SCA-RAT-SKA-BAT-TALE: A MOVEMENT
Roses bloom red as do violets bloom blue
blah bleu bloo da hoo doobly roo dah voo poo
Roses grow out of my warm slurry-doo
dah pootals dey groo een mee cool sloo wee pool
A true universatile nitrogen brew
Ska rat scat skatole ska fat bat diddly doo
No matter who left the crude mystery poo
hooz dookee oh guano da guanoo pahoo
The rhythm of nature'll knead the deed tube
Purr rah stool dis doo dah kon track shunz it throo
From ol' colon mold to the crusty fold hole
Pa flappo kazoo roombly phumes bloo throo too
The tightened red faces send grunts to ripe places
Azz ziffah bah zookah ree lee saa dah poo pah
A plop and a sink raise the strong burning stink
oopee deh peeyoo 'til skatole dun diffooze
Movement Number Two: A Scatastrophe
The brand new choo choo was supposed to stay new
oh no wazz duh oh dur in trood dah choo choo
It must be some fool blew the stall full of stool
ska hooza dah fool hoo haz choobled skatool
Some old dude made poopsie hiz choo choo blew loosey
dyh doo pah poo purr hoo dee leeka daturd
He scoop through dah dypee dah vain coprophagee
no cloo aboot who knew dah dis or dah rool
His poo way too loose to strain through the stool drool
dah yoos too bee smooth poo bee pood azz zah pool
No food left to choo in his corn carrot stew
hiz broo wooz dah hue of poo poh pah fazool
A cruel spool of fate be dah entroopy rule
ska lass bee no foolin' dah dis-or-dah roo
Sent as a joke to The League of American Poets (under the category "Occasions"), this poem won an honorable mention in the 2007 Wergle Flomp humor poetry contest sponsored by Winning Writers. Author Cory Zimmerman received a cash prize of $72.95.

zimdog loves things that aren't perfect, particularly those things natural. Anything distinctly human pisses him off in some way, and when conversations turn to money, zimdog gets a little sleepy.
When zimdog wears a necktie, he wears it loose, because he knows it annoys the man. This is also why zimdog prefers unkempt facial hair. His dog, on the other hand, doesn't mind one bit, which is why zimdog loves Murphy most. Except, of course, for his wife, Emily, who makes all things possible.
